This subscription is entirely for you, whether your aim is to simply unwind through cross stitch, or to improve your skills.

I'm here to provide practical support through videos, blogs, email chat etc.

As with all my designs there'll be a countryside and seasonal theme, but I'd love you to have your say when I design future boxes.

FAQs

IS THE BOX SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Certainly! The majority of the stitches will be full cross stitch but there'll be some back stitch, and every now and then a french knot and three-quarter stitch. You're not on your own. I'll be here to provide advice and support.

WHEN DO BOXES SHIP?

The first week of January, April, July and October.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Free! Currently UK only.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Payments will default to the date of your initial purchase. If you made your initial payment on 1st January, your next payment will be 1st April.

CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Certainly. The best way to manage and keep track of your subscription is to create an account.

CAN I BUY THE BOX AS A ONE OFF?

Yes. Just select the one time only purchase option.

CAN I BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Of course. Just make sure you use your address for billing and their address for delivery.

WILL PAST BOXES BE AVAILABLE TO BUY?

Possibly, depending on stock. The only way to guarantee getting the box designs is to subscribe (or make the one time purchase) at the time of release.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Subscriptions are one product where discount codes can't be used.

WILL THE DESIGNS BE A SURPRISE?

My plan is that you see the designs ahead of the box, but if a surprise is preferable that's fine by me!

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE END OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you subscribed for 6 months, the recurring payment will automatically stop after two payments (for two boxes). If you subscribed for 12 months, the recurring payment will automatically stop after four payments (for four boxes).  You are not required to cancel the subscription yourself.

PLEASE NOTE 

You cannot purchase other items from your basket in the same transaction as your subscription box.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct. If your box is sent to the wrong address due to your error, we cannot send another in its place.
